Configuration
1 Navigate to System > Scheduled Tasks in your Joomla admin panel.
2 Click New and select the "Delete Trashed" task type from the plugin list.
3 Set the task to run once per day (or customize the frequency based on your needs).
4 Save and enable the task. The system will now automatically purge trashed items.
Important: Deleted items are permanently removed from the database once this task runs. Ensure you have backups if you need to recover trashed content.
